Shelby Carpenter serves as the SVP of Military Operations for Point Blank Enterprises (PBE). In her current role, she oversees day‐to‐day operations and manages strategic relations with key customer accounts to support the Company’s growth objectives. She leads a manufacturing culture that is focused on continuous quality improvement. By identifying and implementing process improvements, Shelby is instrumental in driving company‐wide productivity and exceeding customers’ expectations on delivery.
Since joining Point Blank in 2007, Shelby has held several management positions. In 2010, Shelby became Supply Chain Manager and Logistics Coordinator for Protective Products. During which, she was responsible for material management, sub‐contractor management, purchasing, production planning and inventory management. Prior to that, she served as the Production Manager for the Law Enforcement, Federal and International products division.
In 2006, Shelby graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Interpersonal Communications.
